Paper forms, manual entry, zero visibility.

R.F. MacDonald Co. is one of the largest boiler and burner service companies on the U.S. West Coast, with 12 offices across California and Nevada serving commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

25 field salespeople were generating 100–125 quotes per month each. Every quote started on paper or a tablet, then got manually entered into NetSuite by inside sales.

That's 50–100 hours of data entry per salesperson per month. Errors, bottlenecks, and zero visibility for managers into what the field team was actually doing.

A full production sales management application.

Not a prototype — a system used daily by a real company. Built from discovery call to production deployment by one person.

  • 7 digitized form types with auto-calculation engines (pump quotes, skid quotes, AM/EMP estimates, BPO assessments, ANSI pump RFQs)
  • 31-table PostgreSQL database with Row-Level Security on every table
  • Multi-role access: admin, manager, field sales, inside sales
  • Approval workflow: draft → submit → review → approve/reject
  • Customer and equipment inventory, linked to jobs
  • Executive dashboard: KPIs, trends, status distribution across all offices
  • Mobile-first PWA, installable on phones for field use

What changed.

Digitized paper-based sales workflow across 12 offices
Real-time manager visibility into field sales activity for the first time
Automated quote calculations that previously required manual spreadsheet work
Approval pipeline that eliminated bottleneck between field and office
Designed to save the company 1,000+ hours per month in manual data entry
Delivered beyond contract scope: labor rates admin, printable reports, CSV export, audit logging

K Knowledge 0–30

Assessment framework and scoring engine.

  • Complete 30-question assessment framework with validated scoring methodology
  • Scoring engine: 0–150 total, 0–30 per category, with tier bands
  • React dashboard for presenting scored results
  • Professional report template with executive summary and recommendations roadmap
  • Full automation pipeline: form submission → scoring → report generation → delivery

Show, don't tell.

Most agencies show mockups. We built a fully working application that visitors can click through on the homepage. No login, no signup — just open the site and start exploring.

Rise & Proof is a fictional bakery with real operational complexity: wholesale orders, recipe costing, inventory tracking, and role-based access for different team members.

The demo runs entirely in the browser — no backend, no database, no stored data. Just the frontend patterns and calculation engines that power production applications.

Five modules, three roles, real logic.

  • Dashboard — KPIs, revenue charts, sales breakdown, and recent orders at a glance
  • Orders — Filterable order management with status tracking and assignee visibility
  • Recipes — Live cost calculator with ingredient management, batch scaling, and profit margins
  • Inventory — Stock levels, reorder points, and inventory valuation
  • Role Switching — Owner sees everything, Kitchen sees production, Front of House sees their orders
  • Mobile Responsive — Full mobile layout with bottom navigation and card-based views

What this demonstrates.

Production-grade UI patterns for complex business operations
Live calculation engines that update with every keystroke
Role-based access control that changes what each user type can see
Responsive design that works across desktop and mobile devices
Data architecture thinking — how entities relate across modules
The kind of application we build — try it yourself at the top of the homepage
